1. Return Eligibility
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your item, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided:
- The item is unused, unassembled, and in its original condition and packaging
- You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- The item is not a final sale or custom product
Used or damaged products not caused by shipping or manufacturing defects are not eligible for return.
2. How to Request a Return

- Your full name and order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged or defective
Our team will respond within 1–3 business days with return instructions.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you want to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include order number and clear photos of the damage or incorrect product
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank or credit card account again
- Contact your bank or card provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
